PH&G seeks to minimize the risk of the transmission of COVID-19 and the flu to participants during in-person gatherings and events.  

Therefore; we have committed to the following protocols for our upcoming engagements: 

• We have asked members and guests who are symptomatic, have had a positive test (flu or COVID), or exposure to someone with COVID-19 or the flu to refrain from attending in-person gatherings.  
• When masks are required, they are to be properly worn over the nose and mouth. (Note: The facilities for our January engagements strongly encourage mask use as Tennessee is having among the highest rates of flu transmission.) 
• Paper masks and hand sanitizer will be available for participants.  
• Participants (choir) are to maintain COVID spacing as much as possible.  
• When speaking or singing in practice or performance at COVID-safe distances in a well-ventilated area, participants (choir) may temporarily remove their masks.
